Syndicate jackets come under Baron jackets and Racer, I think.

the syndicate pattern for the racer chest is not there but the sleeve pattern is there

I've currently found them in the following locations:
Racer Jacket, Male, Sleeves pattern
Lower Body, Male, Pants pattern
Baron Jacket, Male, Dragon pattern
I can accept (if not particularly like) that Baron jackets are male only in the current set, and thus the (awesome) dragon emblem for the Syndicate jacket is male only.
But I'm not sure why Syndicate patterns for costume pieces that female models *have already* aren't showing up. This seems rather ridiculously specific.

Thanks I was wondering about the Syndicate stuff as well. I found 1 pattern in the tucked in pants option when i was looking at the resistance pants.
The patch notes say we get them, but for the life of me I cannot find them anywhere on new or old characters, male or female models. Anyone know what the deal is with these?
