Purchasing GR expansion only (US version)

If you mean the other versions then you're doing nothing at all wrong, the Web Team are.
If any US folks could go to their page and send you the direct links for the US versions of the Expansion and the Item pack that'd sort you.
Quick tip for this (though doesn't excuse the site not giving you the options, and the Devs have been made aware of it)
In the store, click on the item you want to buy. In the url of that page you'll see an item number, subtract 2 from this number (so if it says item_id=208, change it to item_id=206) and go to that page. In the majority of cases, that will be the US version of the item you were looking at.

By the way, do I get access to GR and alignment missions now, even though I haven't pre-ordered or is the GR "soft launch" just for the people who pre-ordered?
Going Rogue is officially released; I've bought the Complete Edition and I've got all the goodies.
Prepurchases also had early access to the Dual Pistol and Demon Summoning powersets as a perk.
