bumped for relevence. im curious as well
I've been trying for a good 8-10 hours.
I keep getting this error:
We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners.
I'm only ladylike when compared to my sister.
Did you make previous orders in the past few days? I believe they have a limit on the ammount of purchases you can do within a certain timeframe, maybe you've reached this blockage?

Any idea on on what is time frame is and how many items is regarded as the limit please?
Last I heard it was one transaction (aka game/expansion/pack/etc) per day.
Yes, it is annoying.
Yes, NCSoft knows that it is annoying to its playerbase, especially as there are not any clear warnings about such on the site.
I do not know for certain if the clock is reset upon each attempt to purchase, or if it only is locked out upon a successful purchase; nor am I certain a "day" is by calendar or 24 hours.
I too ran into this problem a few months ago myself when wanting to indulge in three of the CoH packs at once. Got the error message like you. Learned on the forums it was normal. Rolled eye. Waited 48-72 hours between purchases at the NCStore to be on the safe side.

I never had that problem, at least the one time I used the store, back during the sale of goodie/booster packs. Bought 5 or 6 of them in a row in the space of 10 minutes. Maybe I was lucky.

Yeah im not sure what criteria they use but i've been able to buy multiple items across 2 accounts using the same card (got a prepaid debit card as a gift, wifey and I went CoH crazy 
) within minutes of each other

I have now been getting the same message for over one week. All I have been trying to buy is the Origins pack.
I have set a request to support asking what's going on.
One week is far to long in my eyes.
I have been trying to buy the MA pack for a few hours now. I have not been able to get any transaction through, My card is valid (and I'm using paypal, which always works for this site), and I have the funds.
Is it just overloaded with traffic and I should try in a few hours, or is something wrong?
