What kind of set bonuses for my Ice Armor tank?
I'd try to soft cap defenses without the use of Energy Absorbtion (while still using EA), then build on +RCH and +HP.
Hoarfrost coming up more often is great, and the +HP so you won't need it as often.

Enough defenses to hit the softcap on S/L/N/E, +recharge, +regen.
+Hp will usually present itself in the way through working towards those bonuses.
Edit: The hp cap for Tankers is currently 3.2k, but in a couple days it will be raised to 3.5k
What I went on for my Ice/SS
1) Enough S/L/E/NE Defense to be close to soft capped (44.8% Def) without Energy Absorption. This way I can easily tank stuff like Cimerorans because EA provides a Defense buffer, so -def cascades are very rare.
2) Enough +Rech to get Hoarfrost perma. This allows me to get to the new HP cap (~3.5k) with accolades and a few random +HP bonuses.
3) Whatever +Regen is available without "wasting" slots.
Works well for me.

I decided to roll one at last and he's in his 20's. I love planning out builds and messing with Mids so I might as well ask this question now.
What kind of set bonus or bonuses should I focus on for my Ice Armor tank?
I was thinking of going for +HP and +Regen, but...here let me show you:
Set Bonus Totals:
18% Enhancement(Heal)
309.2 HP (16.5%) HitPoints
114% (8.92 HP/sec) Regeneration
I was mainly going for these 3 things. However, are these numbers decent? I'm not familiar with bonuses and numbers for heals and regens so I don't know how much is a lot or not.
Also, what's the HP cap for Tanks?
