There are three face tattoos, if I remember correctly, and one back of the head tattoo if you're playing a bald girl or with the topknot style.
Then there are forearm tattoos under 'gloves / smooth', IIRC. They can't be used with any other sort of glove or bracer, disappointingly

Needs more chest tattoos to stare at.

I know it's not the same as having a proper option - which I would heartily approve - but you can get a decent "body tattoo" effect on females by using the Metal secondary option on skin. I can get a pretty decent likeness to Mass Effect 2's Jack doing this, I'll see if I can put up a pic later.

A certain other game that I no longer play that might or might not have been about super types had a couple of tattoo options for female characters which I thought were pretty spiffy.
There are still no options for tatooed female toons? Maybe I am missing where they are. Has there been any discussion on this? I cannot locate it if there has been.
