Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

will a slot at lvl 40 put in a power you picked up at lvl 10 still matter towards bonuses or enhancing the power?
just slot your toon for fighting at level 50, or you are going to gimp yourself in RV, which is normally the zone with the most people in it.

Perhaps this is, however, when in a PVP zone, do you still have powers 5 lvl's higher than your toons lvl just like when you exemp down on a team? any info would be most appreciated! Thanks =D
