I made this SS/FA dude and I think I made him very well, but this is my first brute build...

You are going to have endurance issues for sure. BA does not need 4 procs and you haven't slotted for endurance or accuracy. You also might want to slot for endurance reduction in your toggles. All of them. You've also over-slotted Rage and Hasten. I'm not seeing the point in Swift/Hurdle when you have a travel power. There was more, but I didn't feel like typing everything.

The biggest flaw in this build aside from some strange slotting is probably no KB protection. I suggest you search these forums, the advice people give is usually dead on, and SS/Fire is really a more common build.

Your build focuses on recharge, which is good. Since you're willing to invest on purples, I think you can optimize the s/l defense while keeping your recharge as high as your posted build. For example, you're not using your resistance toggles for any IO bonus. You can use your melee attacks and resistance toggles for s/l defense bonus, and the rest of your powers for recharge bonus. I modifed your build below.

Maybe it is related to different Mid's version. Otherwise, I have no idea why you can't import the build into Mid.

No, Fire Brutes are not supposed to die a lot. I always look at RotP as a power I can skip or through in at 49. It is definitely not a required power and you can build FA where it doesn't die a lot.

OK, I looked at your build and did some modifications. I did drop Weave since you aren't stacking it with anything else and changed a lot of slotting to help recovery. I left your purples in place.

Would this work farming to make money?
it would appear to die quick, but im not inormed about fa survivability.

SS/FA gets a lot of survivability from KDing everything every 5-7 seconds. While the res numbers on FA look pretty weak, don't underestimate the effect of high recharge on Healing Flames.

Being able to get half your health back every 15 seconds is pretty great, especially combined with the breathing room Footstomp gives you. That, combined with how fast a SS/FA kills, is what makes SS/FA stay on its feet.
