Just in case anyone stumbles across this thread and would like a Tour ... which apparently no one has yet ... the Spring Knights base was just this past week expanded and reorganized from a 16x12 plot to a 16x16 plot. Consequently, there has been a great deal of "urban renewal" going on as rooms get reorganized, and in some cases deleted and rebuilt in their entirety. Work to rebuild everything is still ongoing, and probably will be for some time. It might take until the end of January until everything is "presentable" again for Touring.
So temporarily at least, Spring Knights is "closed" to Tours. So at this time, the screenshots in this thread are pretty much the only resource available for a lot of the "tricks" I used in building the place (and which I'll be using myself quite a bit in the reconstruction).

Would love to catch a tour on the re-opening. It was amazing the last time I was there. Can't wait to see what you've done.

If you want to do tours and waiting for people to look in this thread is kinda not the way to go about it.
If you are in the basebuildersinc. channel advertise it there, some night a few people are in there looking to see if anyone is offering tours. I gave a tour last night to 2 fellow builders.
