I successfully transferred Characters from Triumph and Victory a couple nights ago, so I have to ask, what exactly are you on about?

The Character Transfer tool is being pissy. For most people, we can only choose to transfer from Freedom or Virtue.

well since Friday it will only let you transfer off of freedom or Virtue.

I cannot transfer from Victory which is the only server I use now.
