I am on Virtue by the way which seems to maybe explain everything. LOL
Same here. It happens with the store is unavailable or apparently when globals and **** are ****** up.
Wait for that to get resolved and you'll get your slots back.
And I'm on Libety so it has nothing to do with Virtue. It does happen every now and again.

Dunno, but it happened to me and the slots came back in a day or so

Just happened to me
I went to squat on a name. my unused slots were missing
so I deleted a toon, but its slot wasnt available afterward
maybe there is a problem with the store again.
Yeah, this is stupid... Who's bright idea was it to make it so slots I've paid for go unavailable when the store is down... I mean, the client somehow figures out what characters I have, what level they are, what they look like, etc. when I log on... why not store the number of slots available THERE, instead of linking it with the store. If it wasn't for this, I'd say hey, it's an expac launch, stuff goes down.. but when I can't create a praetorian character because I have no other characters I'm willing to delete.... FIX IT, NAO!
Somehow, when I deleted a character the vacant slot became unavailable for creating a new character. This has occurred twice now and I have two vacant slots that I cannot use. I paid extra a while back to open up the slots and now they are gone. What is up with that? Any suggestions?
