I really liked the trailer myself. It is spoiler-heavy but I'll bet there is plenty we didn't get to see. I especially loved the look of Asgard and Hopkins voice (nailed it).
I really don't know a LOT about Thor...don't know anything about the Destroyer in the end...but it looked awesome.
I personally would like to have seen how it would have gone with their original casting choice for Odin:
