Thats a very cool idea.
It would be great to have options like your character catching fire, or glowing or emitting an energy field. The effects are all there in terms of art.
I guess we'll just have to hit the Devs up when Power Customization 2.0 comes out and make sure we get Domination included.

Are there any other effects in the same bag as Domination? ie archetype rather than powerset independent? I cant think of any...
(Although I want to make my Controller say "SERVED" instead of "OVERPOWER" )

I don't think there is. All other inherits are w/o an effect. Tho I always kind of thought it'd be cool if Brutes got bigger or redder or something the more furious they got. :P That'd only work with a few concepts tho so I'd not wish that on everyone. hehe

Brutes could also get something similar with transparent or magnitude effects. A fire brute at fury 0 would have no aura, at 50 he is burning up, and at 100 he'd be packing a full body burning aura.
This is assuming we get to pick what the effects are, of course.
And if we get some fancy animation for Domination, I'd like the choice of picking what happens after I click the power. My Mind/Energy would like an energy explosion and go back to normal, whereas my Plant/Fire would like to burn up in flames and stay that way for the entire duration of the power.

super jump with fire instead of yellow dust rings! flying with electricity sparking behind you etc...

Having different effects for travel powers like Fire Flight and the like would be extra gravy - all over that.
I'd also love having a choice between tech Heal Other and magic Heal Other - let me throw a rune at someone or a potion, etc. to heal them instead of pulling out something from Star Trek. :P
