You email just like you would to another character, except:
You start a new Email. Write something like "cash" in the title and in the text of the Email. Drag an enhancement or whatever in the attachments section. Then put in an amount of Inf.
Then put "@BBQ_Pork" in the "Send To" address. (Or if you're not that generous, use your own global name.)
Hit send.
Log onto another character. Check his Email.
About your Toons though. I think this will answer questions about them.

Then, ingame, type the following:
/getglobalname Moon Styker
Assuming that "Moon Styker" is the correct spelling of your character's name, you should get YOUR global name. If that doesn't work, come back here. Someone more knowledgable than I will have corrected me.

The character name doesn't matter, you need to send it to your global. If your'e new, then your global defaults to the name of the first character you made. You get to change it once (and only once, so think about it). If you've already changed it and forgot what it was, then you can check it in-game by going to Menu -> Chat Handle.
Also, any time you speak in a Global Chat Channel, you will use your global name regardless of who you are playing at the time. So if you're in any channels just say something and that will also tell you.

Here's a quick pointer: Instead of adding new content by increasing the level cap and dumping all the new content there the Devs have added more to do throughout the entire 1 to 50 range. i'd suggest browsing through the wiki or asking what you've missed. There's a lot more in the game now than just emailing people items and inf.

Send: @yourglobalname
Subject: inf (or whatever)
message: whatever
Inf: Enter the amount you wish to send
Attachment: drag and drop recipe/salvage/enh/insp here (only 1 can be sent at a time)
Hit send.
Log off and then back on to whatever character you wish to claim it on (currently same faction Hero-->Hero or Villain-->Villain)

just a tip to make things easier. I always start my e-mail title with a B or R to denote it contains stuff from a Blueside or Redside toon. This saves opening a bunch of e-mails just to find they are the wrong side to reclaim.
