Fire/Dark Corr
It's expensive but it'll work.
I'd drop stealth and take aim. I'd also drop 2 slots from Hibernate, maybe toss 'em in Shadowfall or something.
Alright this is my opinion you are entitled to your own. I am also leveling a fire/dark and I concentrated a bit more on AoE (taking Fire breath instead of flares also have aim) but I think i have a really good build so i will recommend on how i did it.
I agree with Fitz, drop stealth. It is a wasted power seeing that you can not use it with shadow fall and shadow fall does more for you. You are probably just usuing it to get the LotG recharge but even with out it, hasten will be down for like a second before being up again.
Your patron powers: Unless you just really want hibernate, i would take mace for the def shield. I like the defense simply because you have low HP, so even if you are getting hit for less, you are not a brute and do not have tons of HP for it to dwindle down.
Last thing i can think of to mention. Your endurance usage is a tid bit high imo. My drain with DN, CJ, Shadow Fall, and my sheild running is still under 1 /s. Just something to think about. Like Fitz said, add some slots to ShadowFall and get some EndRed in there.
You didn't take Fire Blast, you took Stealth, Flares is overslotted and has low Acc, Nictus Proc in Fluffy is wasted, Oblit proc in Inferno is wasted, TG needs higher Acc, SF isn't slotted for Res, FS is slotted for Fear, you're much better off with Ragnarok KD proc in Fireball than in RoF.
This build doesn't seem like it's optimized for anything in particular. What do you want to do? At the moment you're not going to get much of anything good out of this char, as all your attacks are long recharging, you don't have the single target efficiency to down hardened mobs and your defense is suffering because you have less -ToHit than other /Darks. Set bonuses never make up for improper slotting and power choices. It's not worth giving up your strengths as a Fire/Dark just to get them.

A fire/dark can be many things.
I run mine as a tank and I made him an AoE machine.
How I fight:
If I am solo or lead tank I will zip forward with Shadowfall on and Superspeed.
I Paint a target with Darkest night and zoom back to my team pulling 2 groups. I move out of line of sight and drop tarpit. As they hit tarpit I use Howling Twilight (an amazing hold/stun that also slows and occasionally can rez someone) I then use fear and Rain of fire.
At this point if in a team I drop Darkest night and zip to the NEXT 2 groups - I then rinse/repeat and can usually use the same tarpit 2 pulls.
I took the Ghost Widow epic and Temp Invul, Fortuna pet, power boost.
In tanking AV's the 2 pets are nice and the Power Boost makes all the secondary effects much more powerful. So my heal can heal for over 600 points, the debuffs make anything miss and in an ITF speed run I can solo the Crystals if needed without fear.
Fire/Dark corrs are possibly the most powerful characters in the game. A slightly better tank is an Ice/Dark corr. The slows and blizzard/tarpit make them very effective as a tank.

It is a very powerful combo indeed. Fire/dark can mow through general content at a lightning pace. Part of this is due to the mechanics behind rain of fire: it does double scourge damage. I don't know if this is an oversight or not, but couple it with tarpit and things just simply melt. It's the only power in the game I've seen that does that BTW.
