For some crazy AoE I'd say either archery or radiation. My preference is archery but it's up to you. Rain of Arrows just looks flat out sick.

I mean its got great Midigation from its 2 AoE from the Energy Blasts Primaries, and if you KB a entire mob and time it right after you do so, you can fire off your Psi Scream from your MM Secondary and hit everything you just knocked back.
Also if you want more Milage from the KB, enhance for KB and Scream, then do your teir 9 from the MM Secondary for even more AoE, then do the Teir 7 Energy Exsplosion from your Primary.
It also takes out bosses rather quickly from all the high ST damage as well, and theres alot of KB to keep you alive should you have more then 1 boss on you at a time.

Only thing with Radiation is that you have to get pretty close and even in melee range in order to effectively use all your AoE's. However, I don't see this to be a problem since you're /MM anyhow and you're going to have to get into melee for Drain Psyche's epic buff/debuff and Psychic Shockwave :]
For my next project I want to level up a /MM blaster but I'm not sure what primary. And I'm going for highest possible AoE damage.
