Exploiting Teleport foe in PvP

if you stop the drones from working then what you would get, and it has been said many times, is that you would have villians or heroes in the base spawn camping people rezzing from a kill. Therefore the drones must stay where they are and also stay doing what they do, preventing the opposite faction from comming into a spawn point.

You have been told how to avoid being droned, it is pretty simple. If the other side has someone droning people then you should stay out of range. Sweet and simple. The other pretty easy way is to use sturdies, the expensive way is to purchase the PvP IO with TP resistance.

If you are base camping think about maybe moving back a bit and letting the opposing side out of their base. This is normally when droning occurs. When one side has superior numbers against the other side. Usually people will switch to attempt to even the sides but this depends on who is in the zone. PvP'rs with multiple PvP toons per side will normally switch. Downy scrappers and tanks who think they are good because of HD, and TS will stay on that toon and attempt to broadcast PvP but fail. So check out what is going on in the zone and if base camping is going on then think to yourself " I should switch and try to help out the other side" or "Hmm we are close to those drones, if they get a droner it could be bad for me."

The devs have said it is a viable tactic and this was said a loooong time ago. I doubt you will get one to say it again. It is not griefing, you can prevent being droned and it also does not put you into any geometery that you can not escape. You just die and have to respawn.

You know the consequences of being droned, it is your responsibility to prevent it from occuring if there is a droner in the zone.

I have no delusions, maybe you can explain how a AI controlled unit contributes to a win for you?

If i was to tp foe you into an opposite alignment AV in RV and they killed you would that count as me defeating you or the AV?

Sorry but unless you recieve xp, recipe or inf for said defeat you haven't defeated me.

UPDATE: I just solo'd Ghost of Scrapyard in sharkhead, I didn't hit him but I taunted him into a Drone, so I solo'd him lol

As to the rest. If it's a question of being droned or having some butthead base-camping, I'll take being droned.

Hell, if you're willing to "spend" enough people, you can still get in and base camp anyhow.

And if you are going to give me the defence=defense, all I can say is, in this game it is defense, at no time will you see it spelled defence. Again like I said, I agree with what you told the OP, pretty much echoes what everyone else was telling him and he just did not want to accept that.

Well, unless he plays on the European servers, then it might be "defence".
