Earth/kin solo build?
Suggestion:
Get a copy of Mids hero Designer and give it your best shot. Then post your build here and you're very likely to get quite a bit of good feedback about how to make it better.

I made a build. But no enhancements yet. I don't know what to get.
Mayhem, your start date implies that you do not have any of the veteran rewards attack powers yet. The first one available is Sands of Mu at 12 months. If this is so, I would STRONGLY encourage you to wait on trying to solo Earth/anything. Try Fire/Rad, or perhaps Plant/Storm for something that can easily be soloable at lower levels without veteran attacks to help with damage.
I'll check back tomorrow to see what you think. You could possibly solo Earth/Kin but you would need to take Stone Prison, and both Air Superiority, and Flurry(or Boxing, but I prefer Flurry) as attack powers, early in your career to make it work. That is going to make the build a little tighter than you have it currently. The good news is that Earth has enough control that you won't need the fighting pool for Tough and Weave. Honestly Earth/Kin without at least two veteran attacks is going to solo like a pig trapped in jello until lvl 39ish. Your enemies health bars will go down so slowly you won't be sure if they are moving at all.
I have an 20ish Earth/Kin, and she's pretty good on teams, but solo even with three veteran attacks is slow enough to drag some.
Earth and Ice are the two lowest damage Controller primaries. Kinetics is a damage multiplier . . . but you have to have something to multiply. In the old days before the Pet Recharge nerf, speed boosting Rocky made an Earth/Kin capable of playing solo after level 32, but that doesn't apply any more.
If you want to solo an Earth/Kin, you have to find some damage. Stone Prison slotted for damage, Air Superiority can help, but it is still very slow.
LOCAL MAN! The most famous hero of all. There are more newspaper stories about me than anyone else. "Local Man wins Medal of Honor." "Local Man opens Animal Shelter." "Local Man Charged with..." (Um, forget about that one.)

Once you get to around 40 go to Ouroborus and look for an arc called Crossing Over. Complete it and you get a Sword temporary power that lasts two days of game time. I forget the exact level the mission is do-able at, but its pretty easy to solo if I remember right. I could be wrong about the exact level frame though.

Two words: "temporary powers". My ice/cold controller is currently at level 13, and most of her attack chain is temporaries (revolver, Gabriel's Hammer, St. Louis Slugger, and the occasional application of hand grenades). It does mean heading off to Wentworth's after every few missions, but I can maintain a decent level of damage output.

Go fire/rad and never look back, the damage and support will do you proud.
Also, my earth/therm has NO shortage of damage. Even when I was lvl 41 and I had a single slot (accuracy) in fire blast, I had sufficient damage to solo an elite boss rank ghost widow. I imagine that an earth/kin would have even more power. I just had to slot stone prison for damage. I didnt have air superiority, flury, etc., bu I did have Sands of Mu and the 2 staff vet powers.
There are a few temp powers available that are not as limited as the ones you get as recipes. Croatoa has missions that give you a sword, a bow & arrow and a ranged Rune power. If you haven't done the Croatoa arcs, those might be worth doing even if you have to do them through Ouroborus.

I solo as a rule and my Earth/Kinetics controller was my first 50 in that archetype. Slogging my way to level 32 was an extreme exercise in tactically choosing my battles. Without vet powers (Sands of Mu and Blackwand) and lotsa temps I doubt I would have made it. Once I picked up the rock pet, the levels flew by.
My advice? It's an uphill battle but worth it. E A R T H R A G E isn't my favorite 50 but probably the one who's journey I'm most proud of.
I wouldn't bother with Tough and Weave. Boxing is also a bit sub-par as a pool melee attack, Air Superiority, Flurry or even Jump Kick are better. Your controls provide all the safety you need - your main enemy at many times will be your own endurance bar (up until 35), and these will just drain it while you face held enemies.
Sands of Mu temp power will be worth its weight in gold, since your -Def will allow it to hit reliably.
Do get Stone Prison (single target immobilise), and slot it as a damage attack. Its also important for instantly establishing containment on bosses or hold resistant enemies like Lost Anathema. Slot your single targte hold Fossilise as a damage attack too.
For set bonuses, I'd focus on +End, +Recovery and +Recharge. Your controls will make +Def irrelevant. Decimation is a good ranged attack set.
Also look into damage procs - you can stick Positrons Blast and Trap of the Hunter into Stone Cages, for example. These will help out with your low damage quite well, especially if you slot up Stone Cages for End reduction so you can spam it freely.
I'd also have a look at the Stone Mastery epic set. Hurl Boulder and Seismic Smash both do excellent damage, and Fissure recharges much quicker than Fireball, even though it does less damage. This pool requires you be up close more than Fire Mastery, but so does Kinetics.
I cant find one anywhere. And I dont know what powers to choose or what IO's to pick. Because I plan on setting my solo build. Can someone help?'
