DP kin build Force feedback + recharge is increasing my defenses ??

I cannot figure out why Force Feedback + Recharge is increasing my defenses by 10 percent, when the Proc is marked as going off..

Take a look at the build.. Hail of bullets powers.. If you click it on and off while totals is open you will see that some defense is increasing my 10 percent or more.. Mids glitch or something I am not noticing ?

HoB got buffed a few weeks (maybe a month now?) ago in a patch, so it now grants a 10% def buff, as it is basically worse than FA and RoA, *and* it's a PBAoE.

Okay this is what's happening to your Mid's.

Since you added a +recharge in to a power Mid's will make this power active, hence the proc worked. This also makes all other benefits of that power active which is a defends bonus from Hail of Bullets which lasts 5 seconds.

Made the mistake myself aswell
