How do Expedient Reinforcement & Call to Arms procs work?
To the best of my knowledge, they operate like a set bonus and are always on.

As i recall it generates an aura around your character that buffs any of your pets within its radius.
Edit: For example, the wiki says that the defense IO from Edict of the Master: "Grants you a 40' radius aura which increases your henchmen's defense by 5%."
Dr. Todt's theme.
i make stuff...
These IOs grant the player a 40' (even though the description says 20') aura, so as long as your pets are in that radius they'll get the buff. Even pets that aren't directly controllable (Shivans, mission-specific allies, etc.) will get the buff.

Thanks for the help guys.
On my demon MM I wanted to slot for more defense and resistance for my pets, and the only place I can put the ER and CtA procs is on my Hell on Earth power. I just wanted to know if simply slotting these procs - would the buffs operate like MMs inherent Supremacy, or is the aura on the pets you've slotted the IOs on?
If the buff is through the pet's aura I'm not even going to bother slotting it because Hell on Earth isn't up enough for it to make enough of a difference to my play style.
Thanks for the help guys
