It cuts the target's Range down by a drastic amount. Something very good for any melee

I find that taunt is super effective at damage mitigation and annoyance LOL. I tend to get the "OMG WHY DO YOU KEEP TAUNTING ME" well...a ton -range is why. Combo works great with webnades. So yeah, taunt is critical to most melee arena builds.
well its not super good dmg mitigation but it does make you less useless.
New to PvP. Is taunt a good power choice on Scrappers, Tanks, or Brutes for Zone or Arena?
