Ring of fire recharges faster
Ring of fire uses less endurance
I'd still take of ring of fire. Why hit multiple people with a less accurate, more endurance heavy, longer recharging immob, when you can use ring of fire. It's not like a dominator is going to be fighting MM's in RV. (Not yet at least)
Fire Cages would also screw up the mez timer on multiple targets, would make setting up AS or target spikes harder.
I dont have an opinion really, but
Ring of fire = 102 damage
Cages = 19
If you have both, cages would be the one to slot for immob.
The radius on cages, you shouldn't be messing up that many spikes in a real match.
When people are all gathered up in a zone, the aoe is fairly effective.
The recharge will be something like three seconds or less on a spec'd build.
Hey all,
Please advise me on this proposed build. It is mainly for RV and will do some arena matches. I pvp some, but not sure on best slotting. I know fire/fire is not the fotm for doms, but would like to give it a try.
In particular i was wondering about the Chance for Hold proc in Ring of Fire, does that mess up my main hold?
I will be able to afford this build, but the Glad Armor TP protection IO is difficult to get. What should i do with that slot until i manage to get that IO?
