Im looking at it in game numbers, for a lvl 50 blaster, unenhanced for damage is 44.49, half psionic, half smashing.

Mid's says 44.5 for me.
Either your database is borked, or you are using it wrong.
Did you right click TK Thrust or accidentally hover over another power and not realise?
Even with aim and buildup selected as on, it isnt getting to your value.

In the upper right corner, there should be a button that says "Mode: PvP". Click that to put your mids back into PvE mode so that it shows the correct numbers. Right now it's showing the PvP damage for TK thrust, which bears about as much resemblance to the PvE damage as I do to a buick.

The OP's Mids are borked. I updated my mids and I was getting weird numbers for powers as well. 1000 dmg for roots!
Try to find and older source of mids from someone or PM someone to get their mids so it can help you out

Just having a look at Mids. In the Mental Manipulation set it shows Telekinetic Thrust having a "minor" damage but it says for lvl 50 it does 142.8 damage making it one of the highest-damage powers available to a psychic/mental blaster! Is this correct?
