Final FM/SD build...any helpful hints/suggestions?
well, that's a nice build, but it's relying pretty heavily on Shield Charge for 'big damage'. This may not be wise, as shield charge is pretty massively broken....
That said, flaming sword circle is plenty of AOE for most purposes. and you ARE capped vs all.
Plus it's expensive but not ridiculous. I say, roll it! See what happens!
...hopefully it's a respec build. 
The lack of attacks until 18 is gonna smart, otherwise.

Shield charge was implemented with a bit of confusion amoung the devs. The short version, is that it was supposed to be more like Lightning Rod, but became bigger and badder and better, and nobody really noticed.
The devs see it now, and i'd expect some altered version coming in the near future. You'll still do a lot of damage, at the very least, with AAO buffing you, and i hope shield charge will still crack a spawn like a lobster.
An oblit-slotted FSC is great except for the end use, considering how often you might use it. You may wish to consider moving some slots, and getting the pbaoe purple set in there, and melee def in another power.

Build isn't opitmized. You can for example move a slot from one of the BotZ sets and still retain AoE soft cap. You've also left some recharge, resitance and regen on the table that can easily be had by moving slots. And no, I'm not going to tell you the rest simply because all it's going to do is motivate you to start up yet another thread about your fire/sd scrapper when you've spammed this forum enough already.

Well dont worry. I wont "spam" the boards anymore asking for help. If you think I am acting like a child. Frankly I dont care. It annoys me when I ask for help with something and get told IM spamming or whatever. But its all good Ill figure it out on my own.
