Does Power Buildup, from Kalinda's Pool, boost any of the effects from Radiation Infection, Radiation Emission, and Lingering Radiation?

It will boost the -defense of Infection and the -Run Speed of Lingering Rad but since thye are toggles it will only boost them for the 15seconds that it is active.

The main reason to take it on a Rad (IMHO) would be for the extended duration on EM Pulse.

Yes, but it's not as worth it for those powers as you might think. Power boost will increase:

The -def and -tohit in radiation infection
Nothing out of enervating field
The movement slow in lingering radiation

However, on a toggle power the increased effect lasts only as long as the duration of power boost, which is only 15 seconds. So you can get better -def and -tohit, but only for a very short time, after which they will revert to the usual values. You can boost the movement slow in lingering rad for its full duration since it's a click, but that's not exactly very useful.

On the other hand, power boost will increase the heal from radiant aura, the runspeed and recovery buffs in accelerate metabolism (and *possibly* the mez resistance buffs, not sure), the endurance recovery buff for the target in mutation, the hold duration of any choking cloud pulses that occur while power boost is active, the -tohit and -defense of fallout, and the hold duration of EM pulse. If you were planning to get soul mastery anyway, it's probably a worthwhile power to get - just know it doesn't work very well on toggles.

Power Boost doesn't affect recovery buffs/debuffs. It will affect +/-end powers, but not +/-recovery powers.

Powerboost goes pretty well with rad. It may not gain the most out of the power, but it is definitely a solid choice. Other's have addressed what it does and doesn't boost, so I'll just share why I like it.

I like it in a few different ways, which if you have high recharge you can do most of.

1. Increases the runspeed buff of AM. If you are like me and enjoy moving quickly this is pretty nice. The runspeed buff is unsuppressed so it is always fast even right after attacking.

2. Increase the slow aspect of Lingering Rad. I don't like putting precious slots into enhancing this aspect of the power, but it isn't that strong of a slow if you don't. PB'd LR solves that issue when I want a mob to move slowly.

3. Defensively. If you are taking heat through rad infection and your heal is being outpaced, then pop PB and it will boost the -tohit debuff and make your heal stronger. This can be pretty nice if you start getting def debuffed.

IMO it isn't a game changing power for rad like it can be for forcefields, but it will make most of what you do better. Considering that rad is a pretty great set, doing things even better is a desirable thing.

Also, if you are running just even a couple defense powers (e.g. Combat Jumping and Weave), the increase in defense to those powers will take you well over the cap when combined with RI.
