It's new, and I'm fairly sure that it's not supposed to be there (yet). Costume parts have a bad habit of slipping into the game early, one or two pieces at a time. Even worse, some have an equally bad habit of vanishing when they're supposed to be there (See: certain Martial Arts Booster pieces).

How long it will remain there I have no idea.

I was running around today and noticed an image of a dragon on the back of someone's coat. After getting all excited and stuff I went into the tailor and tried to put it on mine, but couldn't find it. All I could find was the image in "Jackets" but not "Jackets without sleeves". Am I tripping, or is there really no option to have the dragon image on a baron jacket without sleeves?
My hero loves the dragon, but finds the summers in Paragon far too hot to run around in fully sleeved jacket
