Slotting Psychic Drain

I have 6 slots to use on Psychic Drain (less if not needed). What are the best IO Sets to use on Psychic Drain and how many slots? Is Touch of the Nictus a good IO Set for it?

How to best slot it?

I'm assuming that the question is regarding 'Drain psyche,' sooo...is this for a dominator, or blaster?

If it's a dom, 5x doctored wounds +1 Accuracy IO are good for +recharge, which is especially good for doms. If a blaster, then the +recharge isn't such a big issue.

...and no matter what, drain psyche is well worth the investment. Survivability via +regen and better offense output through good recovery are always good.

2 Nictus 3 Numi

I usually slot Touch of the Nictus; Acc/Heal, Acc/End/Heal, Heal/Rech. Then Numina's Heal/Rech, End/Rech, Heal/End/Rech. With lvl 35+ IO's, Recharge and Heal hit about 95%.

The Recovery bonus is usually more than enough un-enhanced.

I used 3 ToN's on my Blaster. (Heal/Rech, Acc/Heal, Acc/End/Rech), Doctored Wounds (Heal/Rech) and Perf Shifter (Acc/Recharge) for ...

73% Acc.
78% Heal.
Capped Recharge.

And a nifty health bonus. I like the idea of the Doctored Wounds for the Recharge bonuses though!
