DS vs. Mercs (-RES)
you cant stack the schilles proc, so it would do that much -resist, with more chances you could keep it applied more consistently, but it cannot stack
demons -resist CAN stack as far as im aware
No you can't. The Achilles' Heel proc does actually apply a debuff effect. It grants a temp power to anything it hits and that temp power debuffs them. Because it works as a grantpower effect, you can't have an enemy with multiple copies of the same effect.

Good to know. I was thinking of giving my Spec Ops one in order to add more of the effect. I think you just saved me 20 million Inf.

Huh. Didn't think of that.....
Was wanting to maximize -RES.
With DS, I'd get 2 pets and 3 primary attacks that would facilitate it consistently (without slotting) = 8 guaranteed applications of -RES
Mersc; (with slotting; Achille's Heel proc) I can inconsistently apply -Res through all 6 pets and 1 primary attack = 17 'chances' at -RES application
I haven't taking into account attack chains and cycling (speed of), durations, magnitudes, stacking (where applicable), ST vs. AoE, etc...
Anybody already have this figured out? Or can lend a hand?
Thank you in advance.
Apparently, I play "City of Shakespeare"
