You made a few choices that I wouldn't make, like two travel powers and Acrobatics. Ever since we got -knockback IOs, I never take Acrobatics anymore.

The biggest problem I see is the lack of Endurance Reduction in both Hot Feet and Choking Cloud. Both of them need max or near max EndRdx or you won't be able to run both and do anything else. On my Fire/Rads, I run both almost all the time. If you look in the other Fire/Rad thread that you posted in, you can see a few examples of slotting HF and CC which include more EndRdx.

If you want to keep the same level of Recharge, there are a few things you could move around. Change the slotting in Char to 4 Bas Gaze plus some damage for a little more Recharge out of that power. Replace Acro or Super Jump with Fire Blast. Move the slots out of Ling Rad and into Fire Blast and put your Decimations there. I'm not sure why you went with 2 purples in Cinders, when 5 would give you better recharge (unless you already have those and don't want to spend the infl for the other three).

Yeah, two Travel powers seems excessive. I had a hard enough time fitting in one on my Frad. Taking stealth seems like a weird choice-- I assume it's mostly to mule a LotG +rech, but you could fit that into hover AND a stealth proc AND get some handy Z axis movement. If you can, try and free up some room for Fallout, Mutation, and/or EMP. Any and all of those powers are pretty useful. If you're more focused on soloing, you could ditch the Fallout and Mutation, but EMP is still a great panic button.

You absolutely want some KB protection. Few things are as annoying as charging in, toggles blazing, clicking Cinders, and getting swatted out of range before your power fires. The Choking Cloud/Hot Feet combo NEEDS Kb protection.

BTW- what do you want out of this build? Solo play? Team support? Lockdown monster?

Okay, my major pause with your build is that you're waiting way too long to take and slot Hot Feet.

Now, if you're already 50 and don't really plan to exemp below 20, you're okay(ish). But Hot Feet (even Pre-Stamina) is a major part of your arsenal.

Grab Hero Stats and watch how much damage Hot Feet puts out over time.

Also, as others have said, I'm somewhat iffy about the double travel powers.

If you have the Natural pack and Ninja Run, NR+Sprint+AM is a much more economical means of transport.

And also, again, how are you going to be playing this Fire/Rad?

Teams? SuperTeams? Solo?
And what exactly do you envision the role of this toon to be?

Yeah, that first build was trash, ignore it haha. No two travel powers. Also, i dont plan to exemp down very far (im a 47 atm) so id be more of a TF/Farmer toon that doesnt require too much support (thus perma hasten+am). So i guess a "solo lockdown monster" for your choices haha. And no I dont have ninja run, so i will stick with ss then getting jet packs for vertical movement.
