Who is Vince and Why does he Rock?

I found this screenshot I took on my laptop from 6/15/2007 captured on the CoH Test Server. If I recall, this was during the i10 beta (don't remember if it was the open or closed stage). The mission shown in the screenshot, I think, was never implemented when RWZ went live. I have some screenshots of the ship exploding, as it was a rather unique animation (nuke-like flash of light, shockwave).

However, the main question I have is... Who is this 'Vince' and why does he rock?

Note: I can assure you, my name isn't Vince and the screenshot has not been manipulated.

If I had to guess, and I don't, I would say that Vince is the name of some random person in Paragon Studios who happened to work on that mission/critter or a family member/pet of one of those people.

I would put it into the same category as Jay putting "Jay was here" in the border of one of the Cimeroran unlockable armor pieces. No one will ever see it unless they happen to be able to look at the raw images of that costume set outside of it's use on an actual costume.

When the RWZ was in beta, yeah there were a lot of unfinished text bits like

"I'm Shouting!" which i think everyone who saw it laughed at It was ambush text.
