Setting a thug on fire is arresting them.
Trains enter and depart from a station ever 20-30 seconds.

The cops do nothing about crime.

Once a hero gets a certain level they will not help you if you are being mugged, cuz the baddies con grey to them.

That little old ladies in this city all have super strength and indestructible purse straps.

Paragon City has one fireman and he gets a whistle...

Azuria should never be trusted with anything... she'll just lose it.

Using an AoE attack in a crowd of bad guys and citizens, only the bad guys get hurt... (those citz are one tough cookie)

....that when your done using your weapon it'll just *poof* disappear.

Anything can be accomplished by popping a few dru... er inspirations.

If you mix dru.. (insps ) together, their effect is magnified.

Anything thrown, be it a slab of rock from your feet or an energy projectile automatically has the ability to phase through solid objects and track you down no matter how fast you run away, even rounding corners.

Most badguys in the city are either really hard of hearing or have earbuds in. Because I can stand less than 5 feet away and unload my machine gun
on his buddy and yet he just stands there staring into space...

If you want to trick a hero, simply lay down on the ground and have your buddies look concerned. Works every time.

A secret law was passed long ago outlawing cats and dogs from the city.

Even if you are hidden/invisible, have ran around two corners and up a flight of stairs, ambushers who have started yelling at you from the other side of the warehouse KNOW exactly where you are and will get you.

After I've been knocked down, I can get right back up!

The reason villains are the way they are.
They're ticked off because they're not utterly invulnerable, the way citizens in bank job missions are. Getting blasted HURTS!
