Feature, or bug?

So my fiance and I were running through the Rikti War Zone arcs on live with my power armor Inv/EM Power-armor Tanker and her Claws/Regen Protoplasmic Magical-Girl/thing Scrapper, and I noticed something I did not notice before in test or remember having read in a patch note...

So we are in the first mission where you fight Longbow and Vanguard Sword, and I jump over some crates into a couple of Longbow Eagles. While fighting them, I noticed that they seemed to suffer from combat movement reduction on their flight powers! Yes when they attempted to fly away, they only traveled at hover speeds. This took them out of melee range and out of danger, but they didn't fly off at supersonic speeds.

If this is a bug, I may just put a suggestion in the appropriate forum to implement it. But has anyone noticed this behavior before, or knew about this from some obscure note I may have missed? I will test this more when the servers come back up.

I don't think they were travel-suppressed...it was probably more the effects of some power, or the AI.

I have noticed that when you are in an airborne battle with Eagles, and Air Superiority them, they go to the nearest high level thing, rather than going straight down. And they never stop flying.

It's possible they were hit with a stun from your EM attacks.

Stun reduces NPC movement.

Flying opponents which spawn flying (the Longbow Eagle Attack Squad when you get too far into the sky near the bank during a mayhem mission, for example) appear to be stuck on top of an invisible pillar, so that their AI can never let them land. The same applies to anything the spawns flying, not just Longbow Eagles.

That is what I thought too, though they did stop and shoot back, and didn't have the normal swirly-head-doodads indicating that my energy hoobajoob did it's loopy-loo magic on em.

Haven't seen it since though, so I may have to suggest it in the right place later... I mean really, it was fun and fair, and didn't leave me with "Mobility Envy".

I found another Longbow mission villain side with my stalker, and while not actually being supressed, there is a noticible slowdown on the speed of Eagles in flight and the distance they will flee to. I will get on in the A.M. after my night audit shift and test a lot of Longbow missions to make sure.
