On another note, I am so excited!!! We are adopting a kitten this weekend, this ltitle guy needs a home and he's so cute and even has an extra toe, I've been dodging all kinds of pets for a year now but I think I am totally outnumbered on this one!

Check him out:

Thanks so much for the kind words, Early! That darling kitty with the extra toes is known as a polydactyl....(polydactyl cats may have as many as seven digits on its front and/or hind paws). I had one when I lived in CA. He was a Maine Coon, and I named him Puddn'foot, which was my grandpa's nickname for Clydsdale horses (because of their massive feet). If your kitty were mine, I'd name mim Mr. Diddles or Snuffles...LOL. What a lucky little dude to have such a sweet mommy to love and care for him. Congrats on your new addition!

Why does someone believe you when you say there are four billion stars, but check when you say the paint is wet?

Aw thanks Healix, and yeah his big mittens are so cute! Her grand daughter actually gave him away on us and we ended up with his brother who is grey/brownish striped (also extra toe) I'll get a pic up of him soon, he is actually curled up at the end of my daughters bed. We haven't decided on a name, Tigger, Ripley, or Sir Bounce A Lot....

as for your question, I haven't the faintest....compulsion? oppositional?

Pic as promised

Here is Puddn'foot. He is the most affectionate kitty I have ever been around. You can rub his fur backward, turn him upside down, rub his belly...he doesn't care as long as you are lovin on him.

A bus is a vehicle that runs twice as fast when you are after it as opposed to when you are in it.

Healix he's adorable! This kitty is pretty mellow already and very gentle. He doesn't use his claws when he's playing with you,(except when he jumps on my back when I'm on the computer >.>) grabbing your hand... he's gonna fit right in with our OLD ones who are mellow and cudddly as well. Mr Buddy really likes him and cleans him and plays with him, he thinks its great, but his sister Lady does not want any thing to do with him, hissses at him to stay away, but we knew she would be like that because she was crushed by 150 lb newfoundlander when she was 8 weeks old and has always been kinda weird around other animals since then (except for her brother,)

I never heard Puds hiss...and he has a soft baby 'mew' that belies his 20-lb. size LOLOL. Oh, and he loves lettuce, great northern beans and watermelon. I thought that was strange at first...but if he were in the wild and eating birds, he'd also be eating the seeds and vegetation inside the bird, too. The vet said it was good to give him those things on ocassion, so I did. He still acts like a kitten, even at his advanced age.
Enjoy your little fur babies, Early!

That's funny you know because Mr buddy is almost 13 now and recently he started sitting n front of the refrigerator for periods of time, so on a whim one day I tried feeding him some chicken and since then he's had doritos, raisins, cheese, bacon, all kinds of different foods, I never thot to feed him people food before and he had never asked lol\ our new kitten didn't hiss, buddys old bag of a sister lady hissed at the poor kitten.

They cut out early here due to some political hogwash! Pshaw!

I hope they will have some peace and quiet for a while, as they readjust from their ordeal. Leave them alone to be with family/friends and recuperate.

Well now, I never noticed this before, but I was posting before the 30 sec timer was done so it said blah blah blah, try in another 9 seconds ... (or whatever-- that's ok seen that lots) so I post again.... But it was still within the 30 sec mark, but this time it said " Second Strike" ...
O.o
What happens after the third strike lol, does the forums kick me out :O
