My best guess is that they'll bring it back up again when they release the current test patch to live, which will hopefully be tomorrow.

There was a patch to the training room on Friday, which was supposed to fix it, but since they didn't push it to live, it may not have been enough.

They are still working on the markets on test, they just took them down (on test) for more work. Once they are working on test, we should see a patch to the main servers the next day (or the next maintenance).
There is an especially long server-maintenance on Tuesday. Perhaps, perhaps, after that.
