West Coast Servers
The five west coast servers are physically located in California. The training server is located in California as well.
Champion, Guardian, Justice, Protector, Virtue.
If the West Coast Servers go down, then all 5 of those, plus Training Room, should go down.
Ineterstingly, OP said Virtue was up, though it may no longer be...
Server Status page lists them all as up, so I guess it's recovered.
