So... scrum meeting that gets redacted because it reveals the content of something two issues in the future, plus a bunch of people typing at computers? Maybe a few jokes between coworkers that have nothing to do with anything currently going on? And -- if we're lucky -- video of lunch while watching an episode of The A-Team?
Seriously, the most interesting thing that an outsider looking in would get from watching a video of a game development studio would be the meetings, and those would probably have to be redacted. That's not just Paragon Studios, that's game studios in general.

I'm sure that a staged walkthrough would be possible.
Would be maybe ten minutes with most of the employees getting an opportunity to say "Hi Guys!" at the camera. They would get a warning beforehand to not have anything revealing future projects tacked up while the camera walks around.
And if one of them says anything witty (or even remotely so) it becomes a permanent forum meme.
I would love to see a day in the life type video of the devs working in their office on a normal day. Maybe follow Avetea around for the day?
