Villain Hami Raid

The next Villain Hami Raid is scheduled for this Saturday, May 1st in the Abyss. Teams should begin forming between 6:30-7PM EST with the raid scheduled to kick off about 7:30PM EST or earlier if the zone caps.

As always we need more of the following:
-- brutes, with and without taunt
-- corruptors, any really but /pain or /therm are needed the most and all corrs are needed for the pewpewpew of mitos
-- doms/fortunatas, needed for holds/damage on green team

And, as a reminder to everyone, this is the strategy that we use:

- One brute taunting hami with support from a kin and pain doms

- At least four brutes taunting yellow mitos, with support from kin, pain, therm corrs/mms

- Yellow spike team, made up of brutes/meleers to take down the yellow mitos

- "Blue" Assault team of corruptors to take down blue mitos

- "Green" Assault team of doms/fortunatas to take down green mitos

- We'll also be using a bio nuke prior to heading in for each wave. Anyone who can get/bring one will help to speed the raid along ... just send me a tell if you have one.

The last four raids we've had (or that I have led) have all been successful, including the raid two weeks ago with only about 40 people participating and was done in 35 minutes from spawn to the final defeat of Hami. So this is now an relatively easy way for a Hami-O enhancement or 53 merits and with a full complement of people, is something that can be done in a little more than an hour-and-a-half, or so.

Hami taunter for service.

I'll be there for yellow taunt. We can do it with just three brutes if we've got support that's on the ball with keeping mez protection buffs on the brutes while they're taunting.

Failure ... but not our fault.

Looks like the green mitos are bugged and don't take damage, not matter how much they are held.

We will try this again once the bugs are eliminated.

Uber greens borked the blue side one as well. =P

Castle mentioned this should be fixed soon. Keep an eye on the patch notes.

What is wrong with his face?

I can't stop staring at it!

Today's patch supposedly did not fix Hamidon.

I'm curious if anyone knows if this bug affected the green mito's debuffs too? When I was tanking Hami I had 4 Painbringers and 2 Bio Nukes on me and my regen was still quickly debuffed to 0. This does happen, but I don't recall the other times getting debuffed that quickly with that many buffs buffs on me.

Wednesday's patch seemed to fix Hami's bugs, so we will proceed with this weekend's Villain Hami Raid.

I feel weird saying it but the weekends aren't the same w/o Hami... I missed it so much that I thought I saw a work truck with Hami on the side....it actually said Hamil but he was going 90 so the mistake was legit.
