Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
Executioner's Shot --> Pistols --> Dual Wield --> Pistols --> Executioner's Shot, and so on and so forth.
That's my attack chain for 1vs1's in PvP, depending on how far away the target is. I might throw in a Piercing Rounds.

It's to bad you don't play on Freedom. I could show you how much it does kickass in PvP. I've only lost once in a 1v1, against an elec/therm.

I actually watched States wreck a Mind/Fire on his DP/EM. It was pretty hilarious.
On topic: Umbral's link is probably solid. Piercing Rounds should likely be in your chain somewhere if endurance isn't a concern, but don't quote me on that one.
Tangent: I can also vouch for Statesguard's general badassery.
Rule number six of an empathy defender is NEVER underestimate a blaster's ability to die. I don't care if he has CM, Fort, both RAs, bubbles (both FF and Sonic), and is fighting next to a Storm defender with hurricane on. If there is a way to die in that situation, the blaster will find it.
..a list of Dual Pistols DPS was made, and my search fu is obviously garbage, as I can't find it. :/
Seeing as how I'm trying to plan out a build for my 50 DP/MM to solo AVs, anyone have the link to what the best Single Target DPS chain was for Dual Pistols?
