Thanks for all the replies to my post. I've been busy with work, but I've decided to get rolling. I hope to see you online with my new hero Professor Pugilist.

Yeah, no one will be calling you a 'noob healer' on any of my teams. We save that for Cobalt when he's on his Dark Defender.

It has been nice to team with you so far. (I was on Fleur Noire running AVs.) Feel free to send me a tell if you experience any trouble finding a team, though it doesn't look like you've had a hard time with that as of late.

Actually Silas plays a scrapper much better than almost anyone I know. It's just that he prefers playing corrs (and I agree, corrs are super awesome).

The suggestion that I might ever play a Scrapper is outrageous slander. Pistols at dawn, you scoundrel!

What about your idea to play a WP Tanker so that you could have a tough melee character...

The most signature worthy quote this year.

It's a perverse desire and it fills me with shame :3

Especially since a /SD or /WP Scrapper or Brute could do everything worthwhile the Tanker does and more.

I have gone off it though. At the time I was like ehhh sort of want because yay stupid amounts of hp and regen for a laugh but man, ugh, Tanker damage. I should really put damage in quotes, but whatever

I think it's because my Fire/Psi and Fire/MM are both stripped now, so I've nowhere to go for my huge hp/sec fix.

If I do go for a tough melee character, (which is an idea I still toy with occasionally before I realise I loathe playing melee on teams because I feel like dead weight), it'll probably be a DM/SD Scrapper or DM/Inv or /WP Brute.

True story. I rock the Twilight Grasp aura like nobody's business.

DM/SD dooooo eeeet. Then you can have him go rogue and keep your villainous status quo.

Indeed, it has been your teams that have been largely responsible for me reaching 25. Thank you very much. :-D

I'm hearing that there's a large need for controllers, yes? I could always start one up if needed. :-)

I feel I need to warn you of something.

Don't worry if the next team you play on doesn't go as fast as the one you had with Amy. It's a trick they have at RDLV to steamroll through EVERYTHING likes it's not even there. When on a RDLV team.. the hard part is not to survive but to find something to kill that isn't already dead... and to keep up**.

**That statement is not true for me, i'm normally dead but they still drag me around for Vengeance so I don't feel completely useless ....

edit: for the trollers, we do need some for the Hami raids, but I wouldn't re-roll just for that. Find a character you like and have fun, you will always have something to do no matter your AT.

Silly goose, you're one of the best Scrappers I know and definitely way better than me on mine.

My only criticism is that all that playtime and skill is on your (ewwwww) Scrapper, not your Fort or Fire/DM :3

Such a waste

I agree with electrohawk. RDvL teams are not your typical teams. Champs has a lot of good players and at times you will join a pug that will seem to just fall apart at the door. Just remimber your there to have fun.

Controllers are needed but most of us would rather you play something you enjoy, you will stay with the game longer that way.

Thanks guys, that means a lot!

RdlV only makes up HALF of the awesome people on Champion, the others are out there but you probably won't see too many of them as most of the time the half that isn't RdlV is teaming with the half that is as you can only fit so many people into one SG :P

Little Known Fact: RDLV actually stands for Race Death; Lose Voluntarily.

The Renaissance De La Veritas thing is a cover-up so Death doesn't feel bad.

The villain group however, is less considerate. UDLV really stands for Upstage Death; Laugh Vivaciously
