I resubbed back in February and it took about a day.

This. Is. KILLING ME! ARGHH! 
I've heard it said 24-48 hours. It tends to take over a full day for Test to catch up to my Live account when I purchase Booster Packs, typically.

Because just 2 days ago, I let my account lapse. I figured it'd be another week or 2 until open beta, so I'd just resub then so I could save a little money.
Lo and behold, 2 days later, OB is out!
Excitedly, I rushed to resub my account, and after doing so, it occured to me that I won't be able to instantly join the test server, and that it would take a little time.
