You could easily put the either the Karma KB or the Steadfast KB into Shadowfall, Maneuvers isn't helping you much, you have almost no single target attack chain, and the worst offender of all, you're trying to softcap defense and you ignored Fearsome Stare.
I would normally think that this is a troll post, but I've seen a lot of bad builds lately, so I'm not so sure now.

The Guide to BURN
4% from maneuvers isn't helping much? i figured with that much rech i could go blaze > fb > fire ball > fb although I could easily interchange blazing bolt with fire blast.
and I'm not trying to soft capp, i did :P(albeit .2 percent) but i figured with soft cap, Darkest knight and dark servent i was alright and that FS would be overkill as far as the -to hit went.

Well, you've not posted anything other than the build so not sure exactly what you're after but this build is kindof all over the place. Some general pointers:
You're going to run out of endurance. Badly. You're just under the s/l softcap but with all the -tohit from /DM that's fine, but even with Sprint and SS toggled off, you're burning 1.51 end/sec, just under half your end/sec.
You also don't have good endurance reduction in the active powers that'll be burning the most (Fireball, RoF, Blaze, TG).
You've skipped Fearsome Stare which is by far a key power in DM, not for the fear but for the -tohit. It's a huge cone, huge debuff, fast recharge, take it.
You don't need a Celerity proc with SS and Shadowfall. Also don't need the slow resistance proc in SS, a Kismet +acc would benefit you more.
All you need for softcapped s/l is 2 sets of Kinetic Combat, a Steadfast +3%, a set of Siphon Insights in the Servant and good defense in Weave, Scorpion Shield and Shadowfall. 4 slotting Weave and Scorpion Shield with LotGs for the 7.5 recharge and set bonuses, an extra slot of end rdx in Shadowfall and you're softcapped burning only .72 a second. Hell, you could even skip Weave entirely and put another set of Siphon Insights in Fearsome Stare and pick up CJ to recover the defense and LotG 7.5 slot.
You've then got 46 slots to get the recharge and recovery you want.

I'd probably do something like this myself: Yes your single target attack chain is a bit fragmented, but unless this toon is being built to AV/pylon hunt then you will generally be too busy spamming AOE powers and just using blaze>fireblast to mop up the few survivors.
Endurance is of course the hurdle that fire/dark faces. But with softcapped def and another 45% + tohit debuff always on the enemy you are free to use the rain of inspirations that the aoe's generate to make blues as needed.

I don't know if you'll find yourself using jump kick too often. My Fire/Dark isn't a melee-goer too often, but you might enjoy it.
Have you considered the Mu pool? I'm at work, can't install mids to show a build, but just going off of what my main has. He took power sink, conserve power, charged armor, and the Mu summon.
He'll normally have conserve on auto (he's io'd with heavy recharge so it's up quite often) And usually send in the Mu and/or fluffy to take the alpha, then starts the cycle of TP, RoF, FS, then spams fire moves until everything melts. When he runs low on end he runs next to one of the pets and charges back up with power sink, it's a good non-stop blasting build.
I found PG to not be very useful since fluffy and Mu both have a hold too, but it may be useful to you.
The best part about Fire/Dark is that a LOT of the powers take sets that give mad recharge and accuracy. Posi blast, Abyss, dw despair, all great for that.
