It's been discussed in various places all over the boards. There're even videos from it that show kinetic melee.

Thanks, that's helpful. I just thought it odd that a website would post some big news about CoX 2 days ago, but not have anything posted here. Since I don't see any other threads discussing things like Electricity Control or Kinetic Melee, I figured that maybe a lot of people hadn't seen that specific article yet; typically those sorts of things cause a lot of commotion here.
look for posts about PAX and I think you'll come across it.

This would all be for Going Rogue/Issue 18 (believed to be concurrent as CoV/Issue 6 were), not Issue 19 (except the Incarnate System, which will be fleshed out in I19 but started in I18/GR).

So, over on the Ten Ton Hammer site, there's a recap of the PAX east CoH panel. I haven't seen anything about the relevant info here on the boards. Supposedly, I19 will see Kinetic Melee and Electricity Control, as well as Demons and Pistols. There's also some info about the new "incarnate" (level 50+) system.
