Enhancement Purchase Levels in Nerva

I'm sure this has brought up before, but I can't figure out why "stores" in Nerva only offer to sell level 25 and 30 enhancements. Nerva is designed for levels 25 to 40, which means there are a lot of characters running around from levels 32-40 who don't need level 25 or 30 enhancements. We need 35s and 40s.

It just seems strange that my characters in that range do all their missions in Nerva and all their shopping in St. Martial.

Please try my arcs:

Arc# 63910 "Why Do Bad Girls Like Bad Boys?" (length=Long, levels 40+)
Arc# 401500 "How to Be a Successful Professional Criminal" (length=Very Long, levels 1-10)

i've always gone to ST. Martial at lv 30. i personally can't stand Nerva just because of the travel. i hate having to go all the way to the top of the map for missions. and it seems like every mish you get is there lol.

It always boggled my mind, too. The zone is 25-40. It should sell enhancements that characters in that level range can use.

Someday soon, I really hope they revamp all contact/quartermaster/origin stores to a universal interface more similar to the Ticket or Merit vendors. It is 1billion times easier to click through the tree on the left, list the origin I want, list the category I want, then see the enhancers available on the right. no digging through the list, right clicking to be sure its the right kind because the Tooltips are broken, etc etc.

It would be fantastic if each zone sold all enhancers up to a certain max level. Mercy? 10 and below TOs. Other zones? DOs or SOs up to the zone cap.

It would also be cool if you could simply click a flag or use a level slider and get things at +3 to whatever level you happen to be at, like the Merit/Ticket vendors. Even it the listings jump by 5, instead of giving you a precise match, it would be easier to use.
