Your username and password for the game may not be the same as your username and password for your master account. Can you still log into your master account on the main site? If so, you should be able to reset your game password there, and make sure that you're using the correct username.
probably because you might not have put it in right? it is case sensitive as far as i know.
My account id is the same, but then i have another account that doesent have the same id and still the same problem, the password is ok, i reseted it
hmm sry for dblpost, but is there a EU and a US version of the game, couse i got the eu version account, but dont see where it says on the game, EU or US

To check:
Look at your game files. If it is called CohUpdater.exe, then I think you have the US version. You'll need to go back and download the EU version (which I believe is called CohUpdater.EU.exe), which you can find HERE.
Both versions use mostly the same game files, so you shouldn't have to redownload much, if anything at all. Simply replace that file and run it again from the same directory.

Hello, yesterday i downloaded City of Heroes, instaled it and then a friend gave me an unused 14day trial and i made an account with that, but when i try to login it says that the ID or Pass are incorrect.... why?
