Besides which, instead of editing the OP when you have a new question, post a new reply to your thread. Most people use the "go to new posts" feature of the forums, instead of re-reading the thread from the top down every time. Therefore most users are not going to see your new questions if they've already viewed your thread.

I know I had a bad attitude, but I just want to fix the game so that it works better! I want to make it so that it can save files locally and the game will not crash. (Nothng will save locally in my MA editor so I cannot save anything...)
"How do I stop my game from crashing" isn't a question that can be answered. We don't know why your game is crashing, so we can't tell you how to fix the problem. You have to give more information on what's happening when you crash in order to expect an answer on the subject.

Here is a list of details for what happens when the game crashes.
Crash Type A: Mostly occurs when in a laggy area. Screen freezes, sound loops, clicking brings it to a black screen and clicking again puts it in a white screen where it says "City Of Heroes has stopped working".
Crash Type B: Everything in Crash Type A ending at sound loops, a window pops up saying to put in what you were doing when the game crashed, and closing this closes the game.
Crash Type C: Mouse starts to deterierate into scrambled pixels while game horribly lags. This lasts a while until it comes to the same ending as Crash Type A.
If you want any Computer Script messages of these crashes, i'm afraid that I am clueless because I do not know where to go to find out what the problem is in computer script. If any of you have experience any of the following crash types and have fixed the game so that they stop, tell me how you fixed it!
What kind of graphics card does your computer have? How much RAM? What sort of CPU? Laptop? Desktop? Your description of the crashes is good; to me, this makes me suspect some sort of hardware problem (though, I'm no tech wiz, so take my suggestion with a grain of salt). In that case, telling us the hardware you do have can help.

Look, it's been said before, but you need to take this to the Technical Issues & Bugs forum. They may have some ideas to tweak down to the minimum settings and get it playable. But honestly, your laptop doesn't meet the minimum hardware requirements.
