Defender Regen debuffs

•Regeneration -10 for 10s PvE only [Ignores Enhancements & Buffs]
But the posion gas entity keeps beign resummod IIRC, so the REAL duration is much longer

Not quite, the gas lasts for 30seconds and keeps reapplying the debuffs every second so it has a theoretical duration of 40seconds. Recharge is 90seconds by the way. So it is basically the best -regen debuff in the game (as long as you can keep the enemy in the cloud anyway).

I believe that trap lasts for 30 seconds and ticks a debuff which lasts 10 seconds, in which case the debuff should be -10 for 40 seconds (as long as the mob stays within the poison trap, or 10 seconds after they leave). with a recharge of 90 seconds.

Although not yet a defender power:
Poison > Envenom: Regeneration -0.5 for 30s; Recharge 12 seconds
Thermal Radiation> Heat Exhaustion: Regeneration -6.92 (Corr/Cont) -5.19(MM) for 40s: Recharge 120s

Thanks for the trap numbers and the updates on non-defender -regen as well.

HelinCarnate:OMG it is so terrible. I have the option to take 3 more powers but no additional slots. Boo F'ing hoo.
That's actually the PvP numbers, the PvE value is -5 (or -500%).

Before they fixed Poison Trap, the would summon a gas entity for each target in the area, rather than just a single one. That what what was doing things like holding AVs through PToD and nuking spawns via procs. But neither then nor now would it summon more gas entities over time.

The -1000% debuff will shut down the regen of almost any opponent by itself, though. You didn't need the multiple gas entities to do that.

So anyone want to earn some extra credit and calculate out the equivalent damage output of putting a regeneration debuff on an AV?

Gah, thank you for pointing that out. Just to clarify it is -5 for all ATs with Thermal Radiation, there are no AT distinctions at this point.

I also discovered two more powers I was missing:
Widow > Poison Dart: -.25 for 15 seconds; 4 second recharge
Widow > Dart Burst: -.25 for 15 seconds; 8 second recharge

It varies by AV level because their resistances vary by level, but around level 50, it's around 95 DPS, before factoring in any level differences between your character and the AV.

For a GM, it's around 330 DPS.
* I calculated these some time back and am pulling the numbers from memory. They might be off.

That sounds about right. The level 54 AVs on Statesman have about 104 HP/sec if I recall correctly.
It also varies by AV, because some have more HP than others, and some have +Max HP powers.
For example, Reichsman is an AV as far as the game is concerned (though the targeting window tries to tell you otherwise), but his HP is far and above any other AV in the game.

Reichsman is the only AV that currently has a hp discrepancy (and probably Tyrant in GR), because he's arguably a different kind of AV. Every other AV has 28k hp at level 50 and only a handful of them have DP (Ms. Liberty, Silver Mantis, Shadowhunter, Statesman)

Also as others have said, the duration of the regen debuff on PGT is effectively 40 seconds as long as the target(s) stay within the poison cloud.
To further complicate it, his regeneration rate is much lower than a normal AV's. I have no idea how he compares to a standard AV when it comes to hp/second.
In an effort to clear up some of the discussion of regeneration debuff in the Howling Twilight. I am trying to get all the information in one post where we can maybe sticky the information or at least necro post if from time to time to reminisce.
Traps > Poson Trap BAD SEARCH FU, can't find numbers
Rad > EM Pulse: Regeneration -10 for 15s; Recharge 300 seconds
Rad > Lingering Radiation: -5 for 30s; Recharge 90 seconds
TA > EMP Arrow: Regeneration -10 for 15s; Recharge 300 seconds
Dark > Howling Twilight: Regeneration -5 for 30s; Recharge 180 seconds
Dark > Twilight Grasp: Regeneration -0.5 for 20s; Recharge 8 seconds
Cold > Benumb: Regeneration -5 for 30s; Recharge 120 sec
Kinetics > Transfusion: Regeneration -0.5 for 20s; Recharge 8 seconds
Additionally if I recall correctly twilight grasp and transfusion are able to self-stack since different 'pets' are created to cast the heal/buff/debuff effect.
Can someone help with the trap numbers?
