Are They Nuts???

Thank you once again to everyone who joined Sisterhood last week for the TF Marathon. This week we have another marathon of sorts.

Here is the line up for this Sunday's Event.

Date: Sunday, March 14, 2010
Time: 12 noon - Pacific Time
Zone: Independence Port @ Jane Hallaway

Our First Event-
Terra Volta Respecification Trial
Members must be at least level 24 and all members above level 33 will be automatically exemplared to be level 33 during the trial. We will be fighting the Sky Raiders, level 24 to 33.
Upon selecting the Character Respecification reward for the first time a hero will receive the following badge:
Received the Stalwart Medallion Badge. You will also receive 27 Reward Merits.


Our Second Event-
Manticore Task Force - Following Countess Crey
Member must be at least Level 30. If they are over Level 35, they will be automatically exemplared to Level 35 for the duration of the Task Force. We will be fighting Crey, level 30 to 35.
Upon completing the task force you will be rewarded the Manticore's Associate Badge, this task force is also required for the Task Force Commander Accolade. You will also receive 32 Reward Merits.


Our Third Event -
Numina Task Force
Member must be at least Level 35. This task force is also designated as a Signature Task Force, the last one required for Task Force Commander accolade. As such, missions will always spawn mobs at level 40 or higher, regardless of team members' levels. We will be fighting Freakshow, Crey, Nemesis, Circle of Thorns and Devouring Earth.

Towards the end of the Task Force, the teams will be required to visit most of the zones of Paragon City to hunt after a wide range of enemy factions. It saves time to plan ahead to split up. Here is the line up for the "Defeat" missions.

Defeat 20 Council in 'Boomtown'
Defeat 30 Warriors in Talos Island
Defeat 30 Banished Pantheon in Dark Astoria
Defeat 30 Rikti in Founders' Falls
Defeat 30 Devouring Earth and 30 Nemesis in Eden

Completing Soul of the Woodsman Task Force from Numina awards the Numina's Compatriot Badge. You will also receive 36 Reward Merits.

I may be wrong, but if I remember correctly for the Terra Volta trial, you get a choice between a respec or merits, don't you? And the badge is only rewarded if you pick the respec?

I had a blast, the worst part was the waiting in the Respec trial, they need to adjust that somehow.

Wish I could have been on sooner, but the Numia run was pretty fun

After GR hits, it'd almost be worth switching to the villain side just for the 15minute respec trials.

The Sky Raiders are back. Once again the Paragon City reactor in Terra Volta has fallen under attack.
We need Heroes in a bad way. The Heroes of Liberty server responded in force.
They even seemed to make a game out of the fighting. Some citizens have even reported talk of a race…..

A hunt for defeat badges has also been suggested. Though if we get multiple teams as we usually do we'll have to decide the best way to go about that. Splitting up to hunt different things may be the way to go to avoid stepping on each others toes.
