Sometimes people post they will respec into a different primary or secondary power set. Can you actually do that now without making a new character? I've been away for a little while so I didn't know if they added something new.

No, this is not possible. You can change any of the powers you chose when you respec, but you have to keep the same primary and secondary powersets.

Main Hero: Chad Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1396 Badges
Main Villain: Evil Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1193 Badges
Mission Architect arcs: Doctor Brainstorm's An Experiment Gone Awry, Arc ID 2093

Is it possible they said they would respec their primary or secondary build?

CoH PvP SG = SuperUnion - Co-Leader - Union/Freedom
CoV PvP VG = Disruption - Co-Leader - Union/Freedom
Global = @Rent & @Rent.

Playgroup are all **** - Global Handle

Or that they used the term Reroll?

The OP may referring to the recent thread in the Suggestions subforum where somebody suggested this idea.

"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill

A feature was added to allow multiple builds for a single character. This allows different builds for different purposes. (PVE/PVP, solo/team, cheap-for-now/billionaire in progress)

However, the character has the same primary/secondary/archetype/origin/level for both builds.

Each must be respecc'ed separately, and they don't share enhancements.

Some folks will use their second build as a "ghetto respec" if they don't have any expensive enhancements in their first.

You can also rename them. If you haven't used the feature, your other build has not "trained" yet, so you can repick all the powers and enhancement slots.
