this is a bit ridiculous, don't you think? Is it really that necessary to make it that unwinnable?

I have the urge to watch Predator..
So from what ive gathered this week, you block out the pic with random colors so we cant tell what is the picture and what is your stupid color squares, you uncover the most minue and low rez parts of the picture so we cant even see what it is without a magnifying glass, and even then it takes a mirical, and you keep poroviding pictures with no usefull knowledge in them. If anyone gets it this week with the 4 pics youve provided, ill gladly give them all the remaining money on my toons.
Seriously, this is ridiculas.

But yeah It being night in the picture totally washes out all the color making it very unhelpful

At this point I'm thinking it has to be either Creys or Brickstown - I'm sure that's a crey tank facing two freaks in there.

How well do you know your City of Heroes/Villains locations?
Hello, hello and welcome to Niviene's...Oops scratch that, I meant Niviene's Screenshot the Spot forum game where every Wednesday until 4pm Pacific Time (7:00 PM Eastern Time / 12:00 PM GMT / 1:00 Central European Time) you can win your choice of a costume code from past Con seasons and the Forum Title "Screenshot Spotter [date]".
The object of this game is to be the first to 1). Figure out the location in-game depicted in the screenshot and 2). Post a screenshot that is closest to the one I have posted , with your own character in the place of Niviene. Sounds easy right? Well there's a catch. The location isn't going to be as obvious as you might think so make sure you pay close attention to the picture details and hints.
The Pictures will start out masked and more and more of the image will be revealed as time goes on as long as no one has correctly identified the location by posting their own screenshot. If by the end of the day no one has identified the location, the full picture will be revealed and no one will win for that week (BOOOOOOO!).
Rules:
1. Your post must contain a screenshot of the location depicted in the initial contest post, but with your character in the place of Niviene
2. Screenshots must remain less than 800px X 500px to qualify.
3. UI needs to be turned off (Menu -> Options -> Keymapping -> scroll to bottom under other "Toggle Screenshot UI")
4. Reply in the official City of Heroes® forum (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/) thread created for each weekly “Screenshot The Spot” Contest with your screenshot submission.
5. Your reply must contain a single screenshot. Entries with more than 1 screenshot will be disqualified.
6. Your submission must also contain the following statement. Please note that your submission will be disqualified if this statement is not present in your post:
8. Please note, only 1 (one) entry per forum account will be accepted. If you post a second time, you'll get disqualified, so make your one entry count!
9. Entries must conform to the Official City of Heroes Message Forum Rules and Guidelines.
10. If you win the City of Heroes® Screenshot The Spot Contest one week, you are not eligible to do so again for the next 8 weeks. This is to allow other people the opportunity to win. Please be courteous to others and refrain from participating during the weeks you are not eligible to win.
