My interpretation of the announcement could go either way actually.
The identifier word that is in question could refer to the bonus pack that comes with it being AVAIL, when going Rogue goes live.
Go read it, and put the identifier on the pack. Makes sense.
If you have an official word someplace other than the announcement that defines that, Id love to know where to find it.

I can only debate what I have read.
But that sounds like what I hoped. Just want the stupid item pack. Hate to purchase and miss out. *prestige power slide being my example*

Im very happy the prepurchase has started!
My question is, because I like to be smart about things...
The current version is the standard version for $29.99. There is also the Complete Collection which will be on sale for $39.99. This will include an item pack and a month of game play for $10 more (a $25 value(ish)).
When can I expect to prepurchase the Complete Collection so I can get in on the prebuying playing with Pistols?
