All the extra goodies (that have been announced) are digital, so you get the same thing whether you buy online or through a store. The only "pre-order" perk, as already mentioned, is the ability to create dual pistols and demon summoning characters early. This can only be obtained by ordering online during the presale period, dates yet to be announced.

Yes, we can purchase the extra items separately once it's finally released, but it still wont give 30-days of time, which makes it cheaper to just wait for the actual release.
The only reason to pre-buy is if you want to have the new powersets ASAP.
It sounds to me like the OP doesn't want to buy it from the NCSoft website, so unless they want the powersets "NOW", I'd recommend just going to their favorite retailer and pre-reserve the Complete Edition in a box (if/when available).
